We actually prefer to set up early BEFORE any of your guests arrive. If we need to set up the evening before or earlier in the morning, we take the responsibility to call your venue and set up those details. That’s our job. We have great relationships with many venues across Minnesota and usually never run into problems with early set-up. With over 3000 events/weddings performed from Minneapolis, Duluth MN, St. Cloud, and surrounding states, working with your venue is not a problem. Is there a charge? In some cases, yes. It depends on which package you choose and your needs. Why? Early set up requires the DJ to be there earlier than expected and we have to compensate those employees for their time on the job. Please take a look at our pricing page to find out which packages include the early setup. However, we will discuss this BEFORE your book with us so that there are NO hidden charges, guaranteed!
