Lighting is included in ALL packages
We use some of the best in NEW lighting. When we update, we don’t upcharge for the new technology, we just include it!
Our DJ’s are also MC’s. They are trained and have the experience to keep you and your guests informed. This is also great for the Photographers, Venue staff, and others that are not always in contact with you or the DJ.
The Dj’s tip is based on performance. If we automatically included tip, this may create complacency among the DJ’s when they expect a tip. This way they remain working hard throughout your entire time their there to earn the highest tip possible.
Tipping a DJ is much like tipping a waiter or waitress. The scale is the same. If they’ve done an amazing job and exceeded your expectations, then 15-20% is appropriate. NO tips for the DJ’s tells us and them that they have failed at making the customer happy and they had a less than par performance. This is unacceptable within our company. We strive to give 110% at every event no matter what and earn the highest ratings and tips possible.
Our DJ’s are not allowed to bring others outside of DJ Sound Productions Employees. We usually assign one DJ per event unless we have an assigned DJ that is in training. Those DJ’s will not have any control over any of the performance at any time.
If the DJ is there for 4 hours, the answer is NO. However, if the DJ is there for 5+ hours, our DJ’s are grateful to be included in the meal.
Our DJ’s, per company policy, are not allowed to drink alcohol. This impairs their ability to perform and react to situations properly. Drinking is NOT allowed.
